Every nVent TRACHTE building is custom engineered and prefabricated in our state-of-the-art facilities and delivered directly to the final site location – whether its preassembled, modular, integrated, or site built – we follow the same standards and structural engineering process. We offer two styles of construction that meet customer specifications – Channelframe, known as rigid frame, and Self-framing also known as interlocking.

SELF-FRAMING DESIGN
- Building shell constructed of 18-24-gauge interlocking (self framing) galvanized roll-formed or flat sheet wall panels
- 18-gauge Flat Sheets that are paint after fabrication
- Welded skid design
- Conforms to ASTM A525 specifications
- Galvanized coating conforms to G-90 standards
- Minimum yield strength of 40,000 PSI
- Roof design is 24-18-gauge steel coated, corrosion resistant aluminum zinc alloy (Galvalume), Minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI
